Donna is a 1990 graduate of Connetquot High School , mother of 4 children and was diagnosed with ALS in 2010. Refusing to be a victim of this debilitating disease she actually started a new career after her diagnosis working for Suffolk County at the Department of Social Services where she continues to work today helping others. Now is the time to give back to this amazing mother, daughter, sister and friend.
